Energy Efficiency
ACN has over many years invested considerable efforts into the design of energy efficiency solutions.
The Energy Efficiency System allows measurement and monitoring of the consumption of electrical equipment as well as power control to remotely switch off the power during a predetermined period. The E2D device has been designed to itself have extremely low consumption.
Breaker box with E2D Type I
Two versions of the E2D device are available: E2D Type 1 for the energy distribution panel at the entrance to an apartment or house; E2D Plug for direct connection at the appliance.
E2D Type I
The whole Energy Efficiency System can have several E2D devices which are monitored and controlled from a low-power tablet by the user.
Field trials of the Energy Efficiency System are planned for this autumn.
